Join us for our annual winter camp at beautiful Sierra Pines Camp.

*Snowboarding/Skiing: Lunch will be provided for all who are going on the slopes. Purchase of lift tickets or rentals for snowboarding/skiing can be done at link sent to email. Please sign up by Friday midnight. All details there.

FAQ

Q: What if I register and cannot attend camp? 

  • Until January 19th: 100% refund

  • January 20th – February 2nd: 50% refund

  • No refund after February 2nd

 

Q: What if I only come for one day—are there day rates? 

  • If you come for 1 day (example: Friday night to Saturday night) you can pay $40. If you come for more than 1 day (example: Friday night – Sunday morning) you pay the full price. Anything more than 1 day is full price. 

 

Q: How will I get my cabin? 

  • Cabins will be assigned. We will try our best to accommodate everyone to be comfortable.

  • Final cabin assignments will be given at least one week before camp.

 

Q: What if I am going to bring my own food for my child?

  • On the registration, fill in the section "anything we should know" and let us know one or more of your children will not be eating with us.

Pricing

Please note that the price will increase—register early!

Q: Why is the price for camp higher this year? 

  • The price is higher because the contract under which we had 2 weeks of free housing at Sierra Pines has expired. This year we have to pay for food + housing. The church is generously covering 50% of the camp cost for everybody. 

Regular Registrationuntil Sunday January 12th

  • $97 (16+ years old); $90 (10–15 years old); $60 (4–10 years old); $10 (0–3 years old)

 

Final Registrationuntil Friday January 31st 

  • $102 (16+ years old); $95 (10–15 years old); $65 (4–10 years old); $15 (0–3 years old)

  1. You can register families in one registration. Click "additional guests" and add as many family members as needed ONLY if they are arriving with you to camp at the same time.
